Grant & McMurtrie works within the Code of Ethics and Professional Standards set by the Institute of Professional Investigators and Association of British Investigators.
Stephen Grant is a Member of The Association of British Investigators and has satisfied the following requirements:
- In depth vetting to include financial probity and annual criminality check
- Is Data Protection registered and notified
- Demonstrated (during examination) competence and knowledge of laws, procedures and rules which apply to “member's field of operations”
- Holds a current certificate of Professional Indemnity Insurance
We hold a Consumer Credit Licence (no. 332749) issued by the Office of Fair Trading and are licensed under the Data Protection Act (no. X3783429). Grant & McMurtrie has full Professional Indemnity Insurance to the level of £1,000,000.
Grant & McMurtrie takes pride in its high standards. We place significant emphasis on personal development and continuous training. We have been approved to BS EN ISO 9002: 1994 quality standards in relation to our administration systems in the provision of investigation and other related services.
Our employees follow a Personal Development Plan which includes quarterly assessments and an annual review. Our investigators have all completed professional surveillance courses and other training courses. We regularly carry out training days to ensure our investigators’ skills are maintained at the highest level.
Grant & McMurtrie continually upgrades and invests in equipment to ensure we have cutting-edge technology for carrying out surveillance and electronic counter-surveillance debugging sweeps. We maintain close relationships with leading suppliers of surveillance, CCTV and tracking equipment.
