We also provide assistance to employers in the preparation of a standard application form, which would allow the relevant pre-employment screening to be undertaken within the terms of the Data Protection Act.
It is normal to undertake a vetting investigation prior to the employee being offered a position and obviously this is more advisable, although we can offer employee vetting services after an employee has commenced employment.
