DIVORCE AND MATRIMONIAL INVESTIGATIONS Although the majority of our work is now more commercial, we still offer a full investigation service in respect of matrimonial matters. Our firm has been undertaking matrimonial investigations since its inception in 1965 and we act in respect of both private clients and through the Legal Aid scheme. All our investigators are experienced in obtaining the relevant evidence by means of a direct approach and obviously, with regard to matrimonial investigations where the evidence is not as readily available, our expertise in surveillance can be of great assistance. As well as obtaining evidence in matrimonial matters suitable to be produced in court, we also undertake surveillance merely on a "peace of mind" basis.
